ON Semiconductor NUP2105L/NUP3105L dual-line CAN bus protectors are designed to protect the CAN transceiver in high speed and fault-tolerant networks from ESD and other harmful transient events. They will provide bi-directional protection for each data line as features the compact SOT-23 package which helps system reliability and meets stringent EMI requirements.
