Schneider Electric Safety Relays - XPS-ATE Range

The Schneider Electric XPS-ATE range of safety modules have been created and designed to be used for monitoring emergency stop circuits. They provide protection for both machines and operators through immediately stopping the dangerous movement on receipt of a stop instruction or if a fault is detected within the circuit.

• Conforming to standards EN/ISO 13850 and EN/IEC 60204-1 and also meet the safety requirements for the electrical monitoring of switches in protection devices conforming to standard EN 1088/ISO 14119


• Has a stop category 0, instantaneous opening safety outputs (2 for the XPS-ATE range)


• Incorporates stop category 1-time delay outputs (3 for XPS-ATE) which allows for controlled deceleration of your motor or device


• The time delay of the 3 output circuits is adjustable between 0 and 30 seconds through the use of a 12-position selector switch


• Incorporates 4 solid-state signalling outputs for signalling to the process PLC


• In the aid of diagnostics, each module from the XPS-ATE range feature LEDs which provide information on the monitoring of circuit status


• Configurable start button monitoring function, depending on the wiring
