Product details
74AS Family, Texas Instruments
The Texas Instruments family of Advanced Schottky clamped TTL logic devices offers a significant increase in speed over the original TTL products, with delay times reduced to 2ns or less and toggle speeds of up to 200MHz. Input currents are lower than standard TTL devices and fanout capability is doubled; the AS family also has better noise immunity and improved temperature stability than its TTL predecessors. Operating voltage is 4.5 to 5.5V with standard TTL compatible logic levels.
