Guardmaster 440C-CR30 Safety Controller Starter Kit

The Guardmaster CR30 Starter Pack contains all the necessary components to set-up a basic safety system, ideal for example, as a proof of concept.The main component of the kit is the flexible, cost effective and user friendly software configurable safety controller, the 440C-CR30. It is ideal for applications requiring 4 to 10 safety circuits and control of up to 5 zones. The 2080 Digital I/O Plug-in Module extends the functionality of embedded I/O without increasing the footprint of the CR30 controller. The Micrologix is a DIN rail mountable compact I/O power supply which provides 5 Vdc and 24 Vdc power. The 440N SensaGuard is a Non-contact Interlock Switch that features the latest generation of RFID technology for coding and inductive technology for sensing. It has a large sensing range and tolerance to misalignment. The 880F is a twist to release E-Stop with a yellow and black plastic enclosure, with suitable PVC cable. The Flash Drive contains the Connected Components Workbench (CCW) which is based on proven Rockwell Automation and Microsoft Visual Studio technology and offers controller programming, device configuration and integration with HMI editor. It also contains manuals and datasheets. A mounting plate, DIN rail, screws and washers are supplied for mounting the power supply, CR30 controller, and both 700-HP general purpose relays and sockets.
