The TMCP 1 M1 range of plug in thermomagnetic circuit breakers uses the SFB technology to protect against overcurrent and short circuits.
The thermos magnetic devices have a different tripping time depending on the type of overload. The magnetic tripping will interrupt the circuit in milliseconds if there is a high overload current or a short circuit.
