Wireless Ceiling Mounted PIR Presence Detectors
Wireless PIR motion sensors function as a presence or absence detector and can turn lights on when a room is occupied or off when the room is empty. All units contain a built in RF transceiver capable of receiving input signals from additional sensors and RF switches. The transceiver also outputs signals to RF ballast controllers or other sensors.
These sensors can control light levels in response to ambient daylight using a built in photocell to maximise energy savings. Dimming units 711-8561 and 711-8580 provide a dimming control. 711-8568 uses the photocell for on/off override.
When used with programming handset (711-8565) scene setting is possible.
All units transmit on/off signals wirelessly and have a relay output for direct control of luminaires. In addition the dimming versions also transmit the dimming signal wirelessly and can also output directly to the ballast.
The units include stored scenes for versatile manual on/off control of lighting.
711-8568 PIR motion sensor combined with RF transceiver and a switched output channel. The output channel comprises a mains voltage relay capable of simple on/off switching.
711-8561 PIR motion sensor combined with RF transceiver and two output channels to control incandescent, fluorescent and CFL lights. Output channel 1 comprises a mains voltage relay for simple on/off switching. Output channel 2 provides dimmable control of DSI/DALI ballasts for a maintained illuminance (constant light) setup.
711-8580 PIR motion sensor combined with RF transceiver and two output channels to control incandescent, fluorescent and CFL lights. Output channel 1 comprises a mains voltage relay for simple on/off switching. Output Channel 2 provides dimmable control of 1-10V ballasts in order to implement a maintained illuminance (constant light) system.

Wireless Lighting Control System
RS wireless lighting control technology allows you to install a fully featured lighting control system easily and with minimal disruption. It has been specifically created to allow you to embrace the advantages of wireless technology, while at the same time offering all of the features and functionality demanded by modern day lighting control systems.,Simple Installation - wireless signals can pass through walls, floors and ceilings, so you can position switches and detectors exactly where you need them. No need to run costly control wires between devices or back to a central controller. Reduces installation times and minimises disruption, making it an ideal solution for retrofit and new builds. Easier to meet building regulations and energy efficiency demands. Ideal for historic and listed buildings where disturbing the building fabric is difficult or impossible.,Flexible Functionality - is achieved by programming, not hard wiring, making it incredibly easy to design the operation of your lighting system. If you need to reorganise your living or working space, simply move and/or reprogram devices for the new layout. This is particularly useful for open-plan environments.,Easy Expansion - adding extra devices is simple. No additional control wiring is required; simply install the extra device, program it into the system and you are good to go!,Radio Frequency: 868MHz,Receiver Class: 2,Transmitter Duty:,<10% on g3 band (default band),<0.1% on g2 band,<1% on g1 band,Compliance:,EN300 220-2 V2.1.2,EN301 489-1 V1.8.1,EN301 489-3 V1.2.1,LVD-2006/95/EC,Devices available in this range:,711-8568 RF Ceiling PIR presence detector – switched,711-8561 RF Ceiling PIR presence detector – DALI/DSI dimming,711-8580 RF Ceiling PIR presence detector – 1-10V dimming,711-8565 IR Programming Handset,711-8577 RF DALI/DSI + relay controller,711-8571 RF 1-10V + relay controller,711-8574 RF Switch Input Unit
