Stanley FatMax® XL Torpedo Spirit Level
The Stanley 43-609 is part of the FATMAX® range, this Torpedo spirit level is invaluable for precision levelling measurement in a multitude of jobs, from something as simple as putting a shelf up to checking how level bricks are in a new wall. Measuring only 250 mm this handheld level is easy to use and a simple way to maintain accuracy on the job. Magnified centre vail indicate when the bubble is centred showing the user that it is level. This FATMAX level has a 180-degree rotating vial, which can be easily adjusted to level variable angles.
An issue some professionals find is levelling pipework to keep it level and to keep it neat, this level incorporates a pipe groove for uses on rounded surfaces. Earth magnets enable the 43-609 to stay connected to the subject to allow handsfree working, coupled with the magnified centre bubble makes it clear to see.

Why so some spirit levels have more than one vail?
This tripe vial system means that the two vials on the level work on whether it is lying on either its top or bottom edges, with the third being used for duplicating angles.
