P-NUCLEO-53L0A1 VL53L0X Expansion Board and STM32F401 MCU Board
The P-NUCLEO-53L0A1 kit is based on the VL53L0X ranging and gesture detection module using FlightSense™ technology. This technology allows absolute distance to be measured independent of target reflectance. The VL53L0X precisely measures the time the light takes to travel to the nearest object and reflect back to the sensor (Time-of-Flight). In order to evaluate the VL53L0X in an environment as close as possible to its final application, the expansion board comes with a holder in which three different height spacers of 0.25, 0.5 and 1mm can be fitted. They are used to simulate the air gap between a cover glass and the sensor.
