Analogue MEMS Microphone - INMP504 / INMP510, InvenSense
InvenSense Analog ultra-low-noise INMP504 and RF-hardened INMP510 offer low power omnidirectional MEMS microphones with bottom ports. Both devices incorporate a MEMS microphone, an output amplifier and an impedance converter. Their sensitivity means they are ideal in either near field or far field. The two MEMS devices INMP504 and INMP510 are pin compatible in addition to this the functions and pins of the INMP504 are also suited to the INMP404 microphone and will present an easy upgrade path. The microphones are compact in size and feature high SNR along with extended wide frequency response. Typical applications include Smart phones, teleconferencing systems, security and surveillance, digital video cameras, Bluetooth headsets, tablet computers and Notebook PCs.
